A: We offer step aerobics, boxing, sports-specific training, and both group and private personal training sessions. We focus on full body conditioning, strengthening and mobility, ensuring that our clients get a comprehensive workout experience.

Q: Where are you located?
A: Our fitness studio is located at 4470 Broadway, 2nd Floor (Suite #1) in the Washington Heights neighborhood of Manhattan, New York City. It's in the northern part of Manhattan, near the intersection of Broadway and 190th Street.
Q: What’s the easiest way to get to your gym?
A: There are several options for reaching our gym, depending on your starting point:
By Subway:
Take the A Train to 190th Street Station. 4470 Broadway is about a 5-minute walk from the station.
Take the 1 Train to 191st Street Station. We are located about a 10-minute walk from this station.
From Port Authority Bus Terminal or Penn Station, transfer to the subway. Take the A Train towards Inwood-207 St to 190th Street Station. 4470 Broadway is about a 5-minute walk from the station. Alternately, take the 1 Train towards Van Cortlandt Park-242 to 191st Street Station. We are located about a 10-minute walk from this station.
By Bus:
Take the M100 or Bx7 bus to BROADWAY/FAIRVIEW AV.
By Car:
Use a GPS or navigation app and enter "4470 Broadway, New York, NY" as your destination.
If you are traveling from New Jersey, take either the George Washington Bridge or Lincoln Tunnel to enter Manhattan.
Follow signs for the Henry Hudson Parkway (NY-9A) North and take the Dyckman Street exit. Continue on Dyckman Street until you reach Broadway.
Street parking and local garages are available.

Q: How can I contact the gym?
A: The easiest and fastest way to get in touch with us is by using the “Contact” tab at the top of our website and filling out the form. We will respond to your message ASAP!
Q: What types of memberships do you offer?
A: We offer monthly memberships in packages of 8, 12, or 16 sessions. We also offer an Unlimited sessions package. All sessions must be completed within one month of the start date. We also have special youth rates for youth 8 to 17 years old.
Q: How do I sign up for a membership?
A: You can sign up by using the “Contact” tab at the top of our website and filling out the form. We will respond to your message ASAP!
Q: Do you train kids?
A: Yes, youth ages 8+ may take our group fitness classes or be signed up for personal training.
