Dan was raised in the Washington Heights community. At the age of 16 he began training adults at his local gym. Since then, Dan has focused his passion towards coaching people from all walks of life and helping them achieve their goals. Dan’s energy and enthusiasm will motivate you!

Specialties: boxing, sports-specific training, strength training, mobility and recovery
Roxy, Group Fitness Trainer
Roxy has lived and worked within the Washington Heights/Bronx community for ten years. As a teenager, Roxy became aware of her family's health history. She knew that she had to make exercise a part of her lifestyle - it wasn’t long before she fell in love with working out. Roxy's passion for fitness is contagious and will surely motivate you to reach your goals.
